By accessing or purchasing from Knot Really Art, you agree to the following terms.

Product Disclaimer

Our products are made using natural wood. Variations are normal and expected, including wood grain, knots, and other natural imperfections.

Each piece will be free of cracks or structural errors. No refunds will be issued due to natural wood characteristics, including knots or grain variation.

Custom Orders

For custom pieces, you will be contacted within 5–10 business days with a mockup and pricing, unless otherwise noted (such as during vacation or shop closures).

Production does not begin until mockups are approved.

Payment & Chargebacks

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims that contradict these policies may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can assist.

Copyright

All designs, templates, kits, and original artwork are the exclusive property of Knot Really Art and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or resold without written permission.

Liability

Knot Really Art is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur while using or completing our products.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with their use.

Knot Really Art is not responsible for third-party content, comments, or opinions shared on our website, blog, or social media platforms.

Age Requirement

By placing an order with Knot Really Art, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Policy Updates

Knot Really Art reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
