Knot Really Art packages all items with care and attention. However, we are not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

Shipping on larger items includes standard insurance to cover the cost of the item.

Delivery times are outside of our control. All orders shipped within Canada and the United States include tracking.

Ontario-wide Shipping

  • $15 flat rate shipping on eligible items

  • Free shipping on orders over $150

  • Flat rate and free shipping orders include tracking and insurance

  • Orders ship via priority mail

  • Shipping is typically 2-3 business days within Ontario once shipped

Canada-wide Shipping

  • $20 flat rate shipping on eligible items

  • Free shipping on orders over $150

  • Flat rate and free shipping orders include tracking and insurance

  • Orders ship via priority mail

  • Shipping is typically 2 business days within Ontario and longer outside Ontario

United States Shipping

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes

  • Knot Really Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs

Shipping Exclusions

  • PO boxes, extreme rural areas, and Canadian territories are excluded from flat rate and free shipping

  • Wholesale orders are excluded from flat rate and free shipping
